Furthermore, as long as customers find problems of our luggage in the way of proper use after purchasing our soft bags such as travel gament bags, briefcaseas, laptop bags,cosmetic bags ,they can be sure of enjoying our nation-wide after-care service for free.Once, the products are no longer under the free-service period customers can still pay upkeep of maintenance or repair their luggage. We will keep providing our high quality service for our customers.
Our free-service limited-amount does not include the repair fees which excess the value fo product itself .And any damage of the irrelevant use,negligence,accidence,attrition or exposing products to the extreme temperature,dissolvent,acid liquor and water are all exception of oue service range. In addition,the attrition resulted from normal use or the damage caused by consignment is also not included in the range of free repair.If the products of yours have problems aforementioned,you can still contact with your dealer.They will be sure of giving you advice or providing the charged maintaining service.
